Hello, beautiful people.  I'm on a mission to empower, inspire and motivate you with my rebellious spirit to reach your health and wellness goals, inside and out.


As a certified holistic health coach and certified Havening Techniques© practitioner, I have experience helping people just like you to feel better and live happier lives. Due to my own shift in life facing anxiety, depression, loss, trauma and other life changing events, I have a clear understanding of what living holistically can due for the mind, body and spirit. I want to share that joy with you.
